Bayer divested their Environment Services offerings and needed a refresh. After some sticky litigation, the new company needed to separate itself. So what was essentially a chemical company wanted to reposition as a future focused, environmental steward.

After months of research and development, trademark challenges, ensuring the new brand was easy to say and understand in countless languages, we landed on a name infused with meaning and just the right feel: Envu

The new brand was the first step. But the Bayer legacy represented decades of innovation and a lineup of trusted products and services. How could we reinvent them, but also reassure investors, employees and clients that all the building blocks were still there?

We crafted a launch video and campaign showing everyone that History Is In Our Making.
